When you try to create or edit a resource, the admin panel hangs tightly.
Modx revo 2.7.1
in the log such errors:

As an option - see if the request to create / edit goes away, such a problem often arose in connection with the security settings of the web server, in particular in modSecurity or similar.
Those errors that you specified, arise directly after creation/editing?
