How to fix access to docker containers?

I can’t access the running docker container (via https through the browser, as well as to monge through the client).
The container is running on linux (ubuntu), which is a virtual machine.

The problem appears after the host goes to sleep. After exiting the sleeping Internet, it works on virtual machines, but I can’t access containers.

The problem is solved by rebooting the virtual machine, however

sudo systemctl restart docker.service 
sudo systemctl restart network-service

did not help

Each time to reboot - not an option, what else can be done?
Yes, ports are forwarded. I turn from a virtual machine to a virtual machine (not from the host)
Where to dig?
