How to fix a project in visual studio 2015?

Hello!
I don’t even know after what, but the project stopped opening, writes an error:

You press ok, the project restarts and everything is new.
I googled the error, What I just didn’t do was delete all extensions, reset the environment settings, clear the cache, repair the studio, reinstall it, install it on another PC - the error is still the same.
Other projects (and the components are the same), which I do in parallel with this failed one, start as usual normally. That is, an error occurs in the project.

Delete the .vs folder next to the solution and the user file next to the project, if any.

Watched a similar error using Web Essentials. If you turn it off and carefully pick it out of the studio, the problem may go away.
