How to fix a problem when migrating ZABBIX?

Hello!
Here's the story - there was zabbix, the third version. Then it was transferred (clean install + copying the database as files). Configs have been fixed. Everything seems to start, but there are a couple of oddities:
1) Two items first gave data (about a day or a little more). Then they fell off. Recreated - earned. It worked until the morning (from the night) and again silence. Now I just don’t do anything, it doesn’t help: there is no data from these items, and at least kill yourself. At the same time, from the same machine, if you do:

snmpwalk -v 1 -c public IP 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.1

then the data is returned as expected:
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.1 = Counter64: 215011687
however, they are still not in zabbix… :(
2) telegram.sh was also transferred (I forgot about it completely), and (which actually prompted me to write this post) now I regularly receive in the cart ( every 20 minutes) message .
Where was the mistake made during the transfer and how to fix it?
