How to fix a color problem in Adobe Illustrator?

Hello, I can't figure out what the problem is: on the right, the color I need is #007AFF. I insert it into illustrator's colorpicker, but it does not accept it and makes it much darker, how to fix it?a081be7493ef46b6a39893abcc9c43f9.png

I suspect that you have CMYK, and the color you are trying to insert is out of gamut.
