How to fix 500 error for ios?

Please tell me who has come across, or who has an idea how to fix the following problem - there is an application in which there is an option to download a zip file.
Downloading in the web version works fine, the problem occurs when I emulate the application in an ios environment using saucelabs, I get a 500 error, while downloading in the same saucelabs via android is fine.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t google anything that would advance the investment of this problem, and there is no way to view logs on ios in southlabs, so I’m writing here.
