How to fix 2.4GHz on ASUS RT-AC57U V2?

Hello. Today, the 2.4 GHz network suddenly started to fail. The laptop just falls off periodically (quickly), the phone only under heavy load (40 megabytes download). Moreover, 5GHz devices (the second laptop and iPad) work perfectly at this moment. I updated the firmware to the latest - nothing has changed. Everything that was configured on it after the purchase and differs from the default - passwords and names of two network ranges. Of the devices connected to it, only mine shows. I'm not sure about overheating. But, after all, there are 2 more devices at 5 GHz hanging in parallel, on the iPad the series is spinning on cd, on the laptop there is a ruler. And they don't fall off. There is nothing in USB either.

Why I decided that it was the router that was to blame:
1. because the problem manifests itself today on two 2.4GHz devices at once is less likely than on one router.
2. I distributed the Internet via 2.4 GHz from the phone, the laptop works fine. Just switched back - buggy.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Buy a normal router. for example mikrotik.
try third-party firmware, not the manufacturer. if it doesn't help, it's in the iron
