How to finish the installation of PrestaShop (1.6 and 1.5) if the "store time zone" item does not work?

Shop setup question.
Everything stops at a step: prntscr.com/54l24c - time zone selection.
There is no auto-substitution and the input data does not fit ..
Can this somehow be overcome?
There are no problems with installing version 1.4, but the distribution is too old.
