You start the program, start the task manager, on the Detail tab add a column to display "command line", usually the full path to the program is indicated there. If the full path is not specified, then the program is somewhere in the paths listed in the PATH environment variable.

Have you tried uninstalling through Add/Remove Programs?
Look for files by installation date - you can't go wrong.
I have not heard of such a program.
If we are talking about Tesseract, then this is an OCR library for Python. Just a set of scripts, they are not installed in the system in any way.
So the answer is - nowhere installed.
