How to find two points in a row in a plain text?

There is a question that I can not solve.
There are errors in the text where there are two points in a row.
Like this ..
I can’t find them because. two dots in a row simply represent any two characters.
Please tell me how to find them..?

look for 29th just by searching, without regular expressions
