How to find tutorial for adobe photoshop cs 8?

Recently installed a license, the Russian version. I would like to learn how to make banners and logos, but I just can't find a good tutorial. Help me please)..

If you know how to draw a banner on paper, then Photoshop doesn’t really need to be studied. Start working with the basic tools (which are in the left panel), and then gradually learn everything yourself. And yes, put the English version :)
ps In general, your question sounds like "I bought a pencil, help me find a drawing tutorial." Photoshop is just a pencil.
pps And from the books I would advise the official training course from Adobe, I liked this series - exactly what you need for a quick start.

1. Reinstall English or customize your own. All articles use terms from English.
2. No textbook needed. Just use it, everything is obvious there. And look for articles on complex techniques (this will not be in books anyway).
