How to find the way to the hearts and find out the opinion of potential customers?

Hi all!
We are preparing to launch the site beta (we will provide cloud hosting), almost everything is ready. Before the launch, we decided to get out of our boxes and communicate with potential users, find out their pains and experiences. Perhaps something can be solved immediately in the beta. We decided to communicate in person or via Skype and not to burden people with a written survey, which brings nothing but melancholy.
The list of friends, acquaintances, distant relatives quickly ended and we started looking for coworking spaces. They placed an offer to communicate with us and get a few months as a gift, left their email (I won’t be able to show the text itself, otherwise an advertisement will come out). As a result, no one responded, some people did not know what cloud hosting was at all, and the rest did not want to leave an email / write first for fear of spam.
Question - if you saw such an ad, would you be interested in talking about your experience, if so, under what conditions?
