How to find the script that causes the user's PC to hang?

Hello.

Clients complain that when scrolling the site, the browser freezes and the site does not respond.

The problem is that I do not have a weak computer at hand to reproduce the problem.
I tried to simulate the modem's Internet speed through Fiddler, I thought it would be possible to identify some problem areas in this way, but this did not work.
That is, you need to test it not on a slow Internet, but on a weak device.

What are the services for such a check?
Or maybe there are some programs that allow you to identify heavy fragments of the frontend?

Yes, such programs exist. The most popular is Google Chrome.
You press F12 → perfomance there and analyze the loaded places. There you can also "slow down" the processor.
There are plenty of guides on the web on how to use it.
