How to find the right people?

I think everyone once visited the idea that they are doing something worthwhile, something that other people want to use. Here I am in such a situation, I, in my opinion, have a good idea and a working prototype of the northern application, but I just can’t find a person in my city or among my friends who has implemented at least a simple client application to start with android.
So I read sex story hubs, how 2-3 people enthusiastically work on something and then something happens, is it really just me who was so unlucky with my acquaintances? How to find and interest people without having a mountain of money to pay for work?

If the application is simple, you can use something like PhoneGap.

Describe your project right here on Habré. If something interesting, people will definitely respond. I myself work on several open-source android applications.
