How to find the reason for blocking a site by Google?

The site gadanie-leokadia.by is blocked by Google. Chrome gives a warning "Beware of a fake site!" (more details in the screenshot). Adwords claims that the site has fake software (see attached screenshot). Naturally, there is nothing like that.
I checked with ai-bolit. No infection was found. Another site has been running on the same engine and template for several years. No problems with search engines. Wrote from the Webmaster Tools panel to support. Promised to answer within 72 hours, did not answer. I'm waiting.
What could be the reasons? How to deal with it?
