How to find the measure of similarity of two arrays of different lengths in excel?

Welcome all. There was a problem with comparing arrays in Excel. Essence of a question: there are two arrays of different length with numbers. It is required to find a measure of similarity of these arrays in percent.
Link to an example of a similar problem:
How to correctly compare arrays and evaluate their similarity?
There was an attempt to solve this problem through proportions, but due to the presence of empty cells and different lengths of arrays, the idea was not successful.
Thank you in advance.
Links to a file with arrays and comparison attempts (File "Pure Tone", tab 1 + 2), as well as to the original arrays (Files "Phrase 1" and "Phrase 2", tabs Tone)

The initial arrays were created by loading an audio file into the Praat program and then pulling out numerical characteristics such as tone frequency or formant frequency.
If it is not possible to implement such a task in Excel, any option is accepted.

The CORREL function in excel returns the correlation coefficient of two arrays. This is apparently what you need.
You can read the theory in most textbooks on DSP, for example, in Iphicher .

Used correlation analysis, not a function. Thanks for the advice.
