How to find the ip address of a Netpinger device?

The Netpinger device fell into the hands.
It bears the inscription LLC "RosIncom" and the website rosinc.ru.

... I don't know the ip address.
Tried through the command line arp -a, then plug it into the router, the result is zero.

run www.nirsoft.net/utils/wireless_network_watcher.html it will show what devices are on the grid but only scans the IP range that is set on the map
