Good day, dear GURU!
The question is:
When you start the mailing, a maillog file is created in the root of the site, and this Herod writes everything to itself, including the contents of the letter. Accordingly, when sending even a couple of thousand, this file grows to cosmic dimensions.
You need to somehow find the file that creates it and remove the body of the letter and this log!

Check .bitrix/php_interface/init.php for the presence of the custom_mail() function
