How to find specific points in an image using neural networks in MATLAB?

I really need help with creating a neural network in the MATLAB environment, which will search for individual points in the image.
I found many different examples, but all of them are either for detecting an object or for segmenting an image, but I need to detect a single point.
Help with this please.
