How to find queries and related subtasks with JQL?

Hey toaster!
I am new to both Jira and toster. So don't judge too harshly :)
Situation:
There are N queries with different types, some queries have Subtasks.
Task:
Generate a report that would show requests filtered by type (I already know this) and existing subtasks for these requests.
There are two conditions:
1. Tree structure;
How the standard Time Tracking report can do it.

2. If the request or subtask is not solved on time, then they need to be highlighted (highlighted).

Might be easier to use the Greenhopper-Agile plugin.
He just might light up.
