How to find out why the supervsiror process is terminating?

I'm trying to start supervisor in docker, but I get an error, maybe someone knows why they are?

I would start the container without a supervisor, and after connecting, I would try to start it with my hands. Those. change the entrypoint/cmd in the container to, say, sleep infinity, and then execute an exec in the container and try to execute the launch command manually.
