How to find out who owns an ip on a local network?

Good afternoon!
The office has laptops and cell phones, about 7-8 machines. I know all the models of laptops (I see them physically), weaves too.
I also see a list of all IP addresses.
But how do you map addresses to machines? How to understand that this 192.168.0.10 is that Samsung, and this 0.101 is that weave? Are there any tools or tricks? (stupidly approaching and asking for IP does not work - since IP addresses are given out different every time, and approaching every day is also not an option =))

You can try to look at the MAC addresses associated with the IP. They usually do not change over time, and they can also seem to determine the manufacturer.
