Why, when I do arpspoof, does the Internet disappear on the victim?

when I run the following command on my laptop:

arpspoof -i enp3s0 -t 192.168.43.105 192.168.43.1

internet connection on android.
enp3s0 - the interface through which the laptop is connected to the router (via a cord)
192.168.43.105 - the address of the victim (android)
192.168.43.1 - the address of the router
from the victim pings the local network, but there is no connection with the outside world. (Tried ping 8.8.8.8)
