How to find out which number identification service is on the site?

Good afternoon. I was on the page https://xn--80ajpfhbgomfh1b.xn--p1ai/likvidaciya-ooo/ and they called me back and said - they say you are interested in such a service? I asked where they got it from and the operator told me that the site's guest identification service determined my number. In fact, I understand what clickjacking and spam identification of numbers are. I would like to ask how you can find out which service is on the site? Is it possible to find some pieces of code related to the service in the page code? I want to explore the possibilities of such a service!

1. go through the settings of the Yandex, Google and social networks profile, where was your phone number written and at the same time open (ie, searchable)?
2. Remember again, were you logged in at that time in Yandex / Google / social networks? The tab was not necessarily open, it would be important to be recently logged into a particular site. If the page does not ask for a password when refreshing, this is enough to know that you have been logged in.
3. Write here where the phone number was opened to search for you by this number and where you were logged in.
