How to find out what kind of console program it is?

Hello. Approximately once every two hours, when working on a laptop, a console window appears for 500 milliseconds as cmd and immediately disappears. I don’t have time to consider what is written there, etc. because it's very fast.
Question: How to find out what kind of program / process it is, what it does and how to finally remove it?
I was watching the event log right after opening/closing this window. I found a couple of processes (I attached a screenshot), but these processes are launched very often and I don’t think that this one has anything to do with this window. Thanks

Well, if something starts, then someone starts it.
Open the scheduler and look for the task that runs it.
