Is it possible to make a request through the bot to find out the status of another user, is he online at the moment or not? Provided that this user does not have my bot connected.
Perhaps somehow this problem can be solved not through a request from the bot, but in another way. Ideally, I want my bot to send me a notification when a user (whose chat_id I know) changes status to "online".

The Bots API does not allow you to know the user's online status. This can only be found through the client API.
