Why does the keyboard show a bot mention and then a message?

Good day. There was a problem with the VKontakte keyboard. When you press any button on the bot's keyboard in a conversation, not the message specified in the label is sent, but first the mention of the bot is sent, and then the message.
I want to note that this happens exactly in the conversation, and not in the PM of the bot. (The bot has an admin panel in the conversation)

It's very simple, any keystroke in a conversation will start with a mention. Thus, it is easier to determine which bot the message is intended for, both for the user and for the bot itself, so as not to enter an additional field in the message object.
