How to find out the size of tasks that are queued and executed?

I would like to get by with a little bloodshed and not fasten monitoring tools, but take a quick look. Those. the instance consumes quite a lot of memory. I would like to know if it is possible to somehow calculate which task and how much memory it consumes at the moment? Through sample_mem, memdump shows how much a task will take when it is running, but I'm also interested in knowing how much memory tasks take while waiting and executing.

flower is certainly an interesting option, but exactly what the little man wrote will give you the opportunity to see - the amount of memory that the task takes - it would be interesting to see a real-time graph from memory, for example, now there is no such thing
