How to find out the reason for the failure for further development?

I went to interviews in a very good IT company in my city. There were a couple of tasks related to logical thinking for the interview. The first task was completed quickly with a bang and the second by 80%, was very close. There was a lot of talk about the levels of PL proficiency. In the morning they gave the answer "refusal". Since I was mostly talking about me, I did not understand who they were looking for.

There may be many reasons. Starting from the lack of professional skills, ending with the personal dislike of the personnel manager. You put the question wrong. In fact, you need to ask yourself not “why they refused”, but “how to make sure that they don’t refuse in the future.” Take a closer look at professional scammers, they are well aware of the psychology and means of manipulating the interlocutor’s opinion, often social skills give more competitive advantages over just professional skills . I advise you to start acquiring these skills by reading the books "Psychology of Manipulation" by R. Cialdini and "Sign Language" by the author, unfortunately I do not remember.

It's stupid to look for reasons
. Just go to the next interview and grow.
