How to find out the real capacity (live?) of the iPhone battery?

The battery drains quickly. I'm thinking of replacing it with a new one. This makes sense if its capacity is much lower than the nominal one.
How to check capacity?
If she now has 1100 out of 1440, then somehow there is no point in changing. And if 800 out of 1440, then I will replace it.
