How to find out the rank / title in CSGO?

Recently, an order came in where it was necessary to implement some actions based on the title in CSGO! I immediately went to Google statistics services, but none of the sites showed the information that I needed. Are there any options on how to use the rank and rank that is on the steam account? Is it possible to get this information only using steam-api ?
