How to find out the php version of an "archived" site?

Good afternoon.
a question. there is an archive on the computer, how to find out the version of php used when creating it?
how does the location of this information change, depending on the selected CMS? or if at all a "handwritten" site?

to carry out further settings of the new hosting.

if composer is used, then look in composer.json, if cms - find the version in the files, and look in the docks, either experimentally, or look at the code

You need to see what the site is "spinning on". If the site is not "self-written", then you can try to find out the version of the framework / CMS and only then you can find out what version of php it is designed for...
