How to find out the password from the connected wi-fi on android (without root)?

Actually, the crux of the matter is in the title. As far as I know, passwords to access points are stored in a special file, but here's the problem: you need root to read it, and to get it you need to unlock the bootloader, but the password will naturally be "forgotten" You can't get it through applications (I think because the sixth version of android is installed, and all the vulnerabilities used by applications are fixed) If it is possible to get root without losing the password, or read the file without root?
PS Yes, the situation looks debatable (they say what someone else's password wanted). But at the moment this is my only way to access the Internet, and I need to study :)

As an option, try to get your file through CWM / TWRP Recovery using file managers for this mode.

Connect the mobile to the computer with a USB cable and turn on the modem mode. Then you don't need a password.
