How to find out the owner's hidden apple id in iOS7?

Good day to all. Has anyone tried to find out the apple id of the old owner of the iPhone? This apple id is hidden in iTunes when you connect an iPhone with a SIM card, provided that the old owner did not turn off the "Find My iPhone" function, this is also called Activation lock. The window looks like this

Maybe someone dealt with this issue, otherwise friends bought such an iPhone 4 from their hands, they said it was just locked on AT & T ($ 65 to unlock), and when they inserted the AT & T SIM card, it turned out that it was also blocked by the old owner (this is another $ 130 for unlocking such). Maybe this address can be intercepted somehow, for example, by the same wireshark? I just want to contact the former owner to disable the binding of this phone.

It is most likely a stolen device.

Look in the iCloud settings, you can find mail there. As I understand it, ID is not necessarily important to you. Any contact address will do.
