How to find out the current maximum cost per click (max CPC) in Google Ads?

From the video tutorials, I see that there should be such a column...

BUT I DON'T HAVE IT , I
only have this set of columns:

For campaigns, a similar set:

In addition, the campaign is now set to the strategy Maximum number of clicks, and installs. Max. rate, but I can't find it. When I select a campaign and go to the strategy settings, the fields and selects are reset there, they only let me install a new strategy, but I can’t see the currently installed ones.

This column appears when you manage your bids manually and you have an automatic strategy. With it, you cannot assign maximum bids to individual requests or groups.
