How to find out the country by ip without using an external api. Nde download the database, or perhaps there are some patterns in the formation of ip for each country?

Since then, many large segments have been sold off piece by piece, and the mess has become a lot more confusing.
And yes, addresses are issued to organizations, not countries. If there was one provider in each country, and if there weren’t a single provider working for several countries, your desire would be a little closer to reality :)
