How to find out "Model No" from an IPS matrix for a laptop?

Hello.
The matrix of the laptop is broken .
Found this replacement .
But I want to try ordering from the Chinese, for this I need to find out " Model No " so that there is something to look for (I haven't been able to find it by keywords yet).
This is what " Model No " looks like (whatever it is ;-) ) at the crashed matrix:
