How to find out ip vlan1 switch control?

I don’t know if it’s possible, maybe someone came across, there is an Allied Telesis switch, model at-fs750, the com port is password-protected, how can I find out the ip vlan of this switch? arp gives nothing, even the poppy does not register. Type of advisers: call the manufacturer, buy another, please pass by. Thanks

They have a separate utility for finding their switches, I don’t remember the name now.
But you need to understand that you must be in the same broadcast domain.
The second way is more hemorrhoids. We put the wareshark sniffer and go through the ports of the device, if we don’t know which one is assigned to vlan. By default, it has all ports in vlan1.
Reset like a device, like you need to remove the cover of the muzzle and there will be a reset. If it doesn't work, you are doing something wrong. It would be nice to specify the model.

There are no other reasonable methods, except for resetting the settings (if you don’t know the password).
Brute ip and if ping on ip vlan is allowed - you might be lucky. In other cases - just climb into the console and look there.
