Run the script on boot, no more than once a day?

How can I implement using systemd timers to run the script at boot, but not more than 1 time per day. Those. it turns out the first inclusion of the laptop in a day, it should run the script. All other switching on of the laptop during this day should not start the script.

The easiest method, and the most predictable, is to do onboot and check inside the script.
The remaining options have potentially non-intuitive behavior.
