We set a cookie on php for 3 days, on the 2nd day we read it - we see that it is there. Tell me - how to find out the date of its installation, in order to calculate how much time has passed between the installation and the current visit to the site?

If I'm not mistaken, then you can't get the date the cookie was created, but you can add a separate field that will store the date the file was created.
