How to find out if there are IOPS limits on a vps server?

I bought a VPS for decent money, an international office on the market since 1997.
They promised a 120Gb SSD drive, the site works like a rocket.
But I wanted to make sure that there was an SSD there,
dd if=/dev/vda of=/dev/null bs=8M count=1000
I ran the command: The command took a long time and gave me 8 mb / s at the output. I
thought it was a glitch, I started it again, it gave out 7 mb / s.
I don’t think that such an office will deceive its customers, most likely IOPS limits, but how can you be sure of this?

Were you explicitly promised guaranteed iops?
On the same physical server, in addition to yours, there may be a bunch of vds that are actively eating up resources.
If you want guaranteed performance - rent iron servers, since the prices are now more than humane.

Iops and latency can be measured using the fio utility. It guarantees real results.

Well, look at the iops during the test, most likely they just cut the speed of the disk, since the cat cried jops there
