How to find out if the windows key has been activated?

Hello. The crux of the matter, there is a disk with windows 8.1 pro oem with a key. Can you tell me how to find out if this key was activated earlier? Since this is an OEM version and it is tied to a computer, I want to know if there was an activation earlier or not. And will there be problems with activation if I install it, and it was activated earlier on other equipment?

Thanks for the answers, in principle I understood that there was no such way, but I hoped that maybe I didn’t know something .. Aleksandar, I didn’t know about the Volume Activation Management Tool, I’ll try it, let’s see what happens in the end. Thanks everyone for the replies.
