How to find out how much memory in the build takes something?

Good day!
I want to see what and how much memory it takes in the build for androyd. I opened the log via the console after the build was completed, but there I found only RAM, and I'm interested in physical memory (that is, the one on which the size of the build depends).
Please tell me what needs to be done or where I can read about it. Maybe there is something I don't understand or didn't notice.

Well, the buildlog just has this information. You can still just open the apk and see - this is a regular zip archive.
