How to find numbers from n to m in Microsoft Word?

How to find numbers in the range from 1 to 100 in the text? I have 100 tasks, they are numbered as [1]...[100]. I need to remove this numbering altogether. How to find all these numbers at once with the help of "find-replace" in order to change them to "empty" :) ? I read about regular expressions, but could not find a suitable one.
