How to find MySQL or Postgre sql file?

Downloaded the sql file from the net. The site did not indicate what their base was. Actually a subject, whether it is possible to learn somehow on a file or simply to try to import? But what error should be if the base is of a different format?

Why don't you show what's in that file? I am sure that there will be many people who will then be happy to tell you what kind of DBMS you need and how they determined it.
