How to find IP in Google Chrome account?

Background: About 2 weeks ago, a laptop was stolen. It contains a lot of important information. They stole it not for the purpose of sale, but for the purpose of using it.
They wrote a statement to the police, on the proposal to track the investigator (nubak) via the Internet, spreads his arms.
Thieves use an authorized Google Chrome browser. I see what time they enter the browser, I see some visited sites.
The idea is to find out from Google the IP from which they come.
In my personal account there is only IP when I logged in on my computer. And this is my home IP.
And you need one from which they go online.
Any ideas on how to find the IP?
