I want to find html and css code to adapt the site to mobile devices.
I was looking for a css file in the theme folder in the template itself, but I found only styles and php files that were not related to the main content.
html code, as I understand it, cannot be controlled at all.
At the moment I am adapting to 720p.
How can I then adapt my site for mobile devices?
