How to find friends in IT for common development and project creation?

I have a desire to surround myself with people with similar interests in order to help each other in any issues. Create common projects and just develop. Tell me where you can find such people or maybe someone will stumble upon this question and decide to join?

A little about myself:
From basic knowledge:
I work with Databases (Sql)
I can write Algorithms for searching, sorting, hashing, working with memory
Git, GitHub
Knowledge of English: Pre-Intermidiate
Languages:
I have been learning HTML, CSS for 1.5 years, I can make up a site and adapt to mobile phones, I can also write Slider, Modal windows and more in JS
1 year studying Python, writing Parsers, Bots, working with the Django framework, had experience with Machine Learning (I also want to continue developing in this area in the future) + wrote simple neural networks
I know the basics of C # (I learn it at an educational institution)
I touched a little game development on UNITY
Next, I plan to continue deepening my knowledge in Python and JS
Learn PHP (for the server side) Master the
.NET framework

I join the previous comment: it is best to get a job and gain experience there.
I can also add that you can participate in open source projects, for example, you can find such projects with a large community in the Russian-speaking environment. I would even say that it will be a more positive experience, since such projects usually do not have a rigid framework, and (from my own experience) code cleanliness is monitored more strictly than, for example, in a large enterprise.
