How to find data that was not transferred from master to slave before failover?

Oracle runs in a master + slave + observer configuration. Reinstate is off.
Data is received on the master, but some of the data, for example, has not yet been transferred to the slave and a failover has occurred and the slave has become the new master.
How to find and remove the very data that was not transferred from the old master to the slave so as not to lose anything?
