How to find data on court cases?

I would like to make a small search engine for court cases, but I can’t figure out if it’s possible to somehow pull out information about court cases by TIN from the website of the Federal Bailiff Service ? I see how rusprofile shows this information, but I don’t understand how he found it there.

There is no TIN YUL on the site of the bailiffs (it may appear someday, but this is unlikely). And the TIN is taken from the intersection of the company name and address (the base of the legal entity of the Federal Tax Service must be available). Quite often this is a non-trivial task.
